By definition our services will provide you with facilities, which are individually tailored to your requirements. A typical service level will include:

• Acceptance of original/internal documentation for us to input
• Multiple media input (e.g. E-mail with or without file attachments, fax, post, ASCII file transfer/import)
• Management and application of Student Loans, SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, Court Orders and other legislative responsibilities.
• Starter and leaver calculations with P45 management
• Direct dealing with third parties (e.g. Revenue, DSS, Pension Administrators)
• Answering of employee queries through your designated co-ordinator
• Automatic processing of all regular additions/deductions (enabling input by exception only)
• On screen pay history interrogation
• Preview runs
• Web Archiving of Payroll output for 7 years
• Output delivered via PDF Files

Online Filing

The Inland Revenue are offering financial incentives for online filing of year end returns for small employers (less than 50 employees). If the Inland Revenue deems you to be a small employer, we can assist you in obtaining the following payments:

• File online for 2006-2007 (return due by 19 May 2007) and get £ 150
• File online for 2007-2008 (return due by 19 May 2008) and get £ 100
• File online for 2008-2009 (return due by 19 May 2009) and get £ 75

For some employers, these payments will completely offset your fees due to Paqua.
